TAREK AND THE FARM

The farm is a 5000 m2 NOPa certified organic farm owned and run by Tarek and his family on the coastal area of Damour, Mount Lebanon. He produces different types of vegetables and fruits, combining open-air cultivation with a greenhouse system. Tarek is a curious and innovative young farmer, he installed a hydroponic cultivation system, which produces strawberries and other greens.
