Who we are
Our Story
Green Growth Generation was founded in November 2021 in Beirut: the goal of the founder, Gabriella, is to create a network of local projects targeted at local communities, working in close collaboration and integration with the specific needs of the various actors in the social fabric.
Initially, at the heart of this community of Green Growers is a group of amicÉ™ and colleghÉ™, united by a passion for high social impact projects.
Over time, word of mouth fosters the arrival of numerous other professionals from the worlds of research, business, and research, all sharing Green Growth’s Mission: to create a sustainable future for tomorrow’s generations.
Since June 2022, our activities have expanded to the European territory: the goal is to build a network of activists who act not only online but directly on the ground – on the streets, in companies, in schools – starting from the city of Turin, where we have our operational headquarters.
We are proud to have created a diverse and engaged community ready to advance positive change through concrete projects and innovative solutions that are also sustainable across the board.

Gabriella Esposito
Founder of GGG. With vast project management experience in the for-profit business, Gabriella
turns her attention towards the social sector by launching, in 2021, Green Growth Generation, a
participatory platform for the implementation of social impact projects in sustainability and
community development.

Davide Rizzi
With a specialized Master's degree in Corporate Finance from "Il Sole 24 Ore Business School,"
Davide combines an extensive professional experience in the financial field with his passion
towards sustainability issues. At GGG, he is the Accounting Manager and Finance Admin.

Alessandro Bertozzi
After an initial experience in the for-profit sector, Alessandro chooses to orient himself on the Third
Sector, specifically working as Sustainability Communication Specialist. He also collaborates with
several environmental and social volunteering associations. In GGG he works for the
Communication team as Copy.

Valentina Trabacchi
With a three-year experience in event management, Valentina has acquired a solid expertise in the
development of stakeholders and community members engagement strategies. In GGG for over a
year now as the Graphic Designer, she is responsible for the graphic production of the
Organization's social media and website.

Luca Leonardo Preziosa
Luca is an architect. Motivated by his desire to contribute to a more sustainable society, he
approached Green Growth, ready to offer his expertise in the organization of festivals and events.
At GGG he is part of the Event Organizing & Stakeholder Engagement team.

Barbara Lastrucci
Barbara is the project planner of Green Growth Generation, where she plays a key role in
implementing project proposals, most notably the 'Zero in Condotta' education program. She has
also gained a two-year experience in international cooperation, coordinating development projects
in Italy, Ecuador and Nepal.

Elisabetta Koni
After an initial experience in the consulting sector, Elisabetta decided to turn her career path
to social impact startups and social entrepreneurship, which best represent her passions and
sensibilities. Currently, she collaborates in GGG as Research Field Support.

studies in international relations has delved into issues related to eco-cities and today's major
