Labs & Events.
Our work is structured around three interconnected areas of practice.
These are not separate sectors but overlapping dimensions of the same approach —
combining participatory processes, applied research, and civic innovation in real urban contexts.
Featured Labs & Events
Participatory Processes
& Civic Innovation.
We design and facilitate participatory and neighbourhood-based processes,
supporting communities and local actors in shaping shared visions, priorities, and collective actions.
Our work includes co-design and co-creation processes, facilitation of multi-stakeholder dialogues,
and activation of civic networks, with a strong focus on governance, inclusion, and long-term engagement.
Il Verde che vorrei
2025
A participatory design project engaging communities and urban actors in the collective imagination and co-design of urban green spaces, through workshops, facilitation, and neighbourhood-based processes.
Featured Labs & Events
Climate Change, Climate Justice & Net-Zero Transitions.
We work on urban climate transitions, addressing climate change as a social, institutional, and political process.
Our activities focus on climate justice, just transitions, and pathways to net-zero, with particular attention to equity, participation, and governance at city level, connecting climate policies with lived urban realities.

5th General Assembly
April 2026

A series of public events dedicated to sustainability, climate action, and community engagement.
Clean-Up Day

Featured Labs & Events
Knowledge Sharing
& Public Learning.
A core part of our work is making knowledge accessible and actionable. We design public events, learning formats, and dissemination activities that translate project-based experience and research insights into shared understanding.
These activities support capacity building and informed public debate across cities and communities.
Urban Future 2025 — Tactical Urbanism
Urban governance, experimentation and community innovation
Gabriella Esposito, founder of Green Growth Generation, participated on invitation by ENoLL (European Network of Living Labs) at the Urban Future Conference 2026 — Europe’s largest event for urban change-makers working towards sustainable cities, held in Ljubljana, Slovenia from 24 to 27 March 2026.
Stories of Resilience
