Green Growth Generation and the Collective Projects 2024/2025: Innovative Strategies for Sustainability and Community Engagement
Green Growth Generation is proud to be among the selected participants for the Collective Projects 2024/2025, an initiative funded by the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and managed by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte, in collaboration with ESCP Business School in Turin.
This prestigious program aims to foster open innovation by bridging third-sector organizations, startups, and SMEs, encouraging synergies across different operational fields. As part of this initiative, a group of second-year Management students from ESCP has started collaborating with Green Growth Generation, working on the development of communication and community engagement strategies to expand the impact of the FARClimate initiative on a larger scale.
The project, titled “Empowering Green Growth through Strategic Communication, Marketing, and Community Development,” was conceived by Gabriella, founder of Green Growth, and officially launched in October. It is structured into two main areas, each entrusted to a dedicated working group.
Engaging Green Growth’s Audience – A Comprehensive Communication Strategy
The first group has focused on developing a targeted communication strategy to more effectively engage Green Growth Generation’s audience. Their primary objective has been to analyze how the community interacts with content shared on the organization’s social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn—and to design a plan to optimize these interactions.
The group has also explored opportunities offered by other social media channels, such as X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok, with the goal of reaching new, untapped audience segments. Through a well-defined strategic plan, the ultimate aim is to significantly increase awareness of the organization’s initiatives, driving not only higher participation but also improving the quality of engagement within the community.

Strategic Partnerships for Green Growth – Competitor Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement

The second group has focused on analyzing the European landscape of organizations and entities that could collaborate with Green Growth Generation on future initiatives. Their primary objective is to develop a network of strategic relationships with stakeholders involved in climate-related projects at local and regional levels, including NGOs, public institutions, and private companies.
The students have mapped out key players for potential collaborations and are working on a strategic plan to engage the identified stakeholders, with the aim of expanding Green Growth Generation’s network across Europe.
This process seeks to strengthen the organization’s sustainability mission, enhancing its presence and impact in diverse contexts.
The Webinar
Between October and December, both student groups had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of Green Growth Generation’s projects and mission, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of its initiatives and objectives by working closely with Gabriella.
Starting in January, the groups have begun collaborating on the organization of an online webinar, which will serve as a key platform for raising awareness on topics aligned with Green Growth Generation and the FARClimate project.

During meetings held in January and February, the students have been shaping the webinar’s content, titled: “Sustainable Urban Transformation: Bridging Policy, Green Economy, and Nature-Based Solutions”
The event will explore themes such as urban regeneration, biodiversity conservation in cities, and green policy investments, featuring prominent international speakers from academia, science, innovation, technology, investment banking, and industry.
The webinar will also highlight reforestation efforts and the collaborative approach to designing public spaces, emphasizing the expansion of green areas as a climate adaptation tool to improve urban quality of life.
This event represents a valuable opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of collective action for environmental and social sustainability, showcasing the impactful work that Green Growth Generation has been carrying out for years in collaboration with its partners.
