FARCLIMATE: for a sustainable and climate resilient economy in Europe.

The climate change is the crucial challenge of our time, with obvious global impacts such as droughts, storms and extreme weather events. FARCLIMATE is our answer: an EU-funded, four-year European project aimed at transforming European regional economic systems into models of climate resilience and sustainability.

What is FARCLIMATE?

FARCLIMATE is a research and innovation project that aims to take action against the climate crisis through a deep transformation of economic sectors such as agriculture, forestry and fisheries,  among the most vulnerable to the effects of climate change.

Adopts an interdisciplinary approach involving municipalities, businesses, universities, local communities and other stakeholders to  achieve joint, environmentally friendly and affordable solutions.
